At Subsince, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


I. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or refunds once the product has been opened or used.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product was missing from your order


II. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

III. REFUND METHOD

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider


IV. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are non-refundable:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer


V. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
